【業務概要】

■自社開発サービスであるAI予測分析SaaS「Deep Predictor」の顧客の活用促進を支援し、製品の価値を最大限に引き出すカスタマーサクセスを募集します。

【具体的に】

カスタマーサクセス立ち上げメンバーとして、戦略構築から実行推進までを行っていただきます。

■オンボーディング支援(初期設定・研修・KPI合意)

■導入後の利用促進・定着支援(月次レビュー、ヘルスチェック)

■成果可視化(在庫削減、調査時間短縮等の効果レポート)

■解約防止(利用停滞の早期検知・対応)

■アップセル/クロスセル(営業連携による追加提案)

■営業・データサイエンティスト・開発との連携による課題解決

■Deep Predictorは、現場担当者でも簡単に使える予測AIです。

保有データに加え、気象・カレンダー・人口統計などの外部情報も自動連係し、 高精度な予測を実現することが可能です。 売上・販売数・来客数・CVRなど、業務に直結する数値を先読みし、 日々の業務判断にすぐ活かせる形式で出力も可能です。

■BtoB SaaSまたはITサービスでの既存顧客対応経験(カスタマーサクセス経験)

■課題解決型の提案力・コンサル力

■社内外の調整力・コミュニケーション力
