仕事内容

<エネルギー事業>

営業さんが動きやすくなるように支えるサポート事務。

契約書作成や各種調整業務を行うサポート事務のお仕事です。

事務作業だけでなく、

社内外とのやり取りや調整もあるため

「事務+コミュニケーション力」を活かしたい方にぴったり。

若手メンバーも多く、

意見や改善提案がしやすい環境です。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 契約関連事務

契約更新時の契約書作成(フォーマットあり)

地域電力会社への支払い処理

(請求書内容の確認、支払依頼など)

  • 案内・調整業務

停電点検・設備更新工事に関する案内文書の作成、発送

社内他部署・工事業者との日程調整、連絡対応

  • 電話・メール対応

1日あたり20~30件程度の架電

主な対応先はマンション管理員の方

※落ち着いた対応が中心で、クレーム対応はほぼありません

  • 一般事務

社内書類作成、データ入力、ファイリング

資料準備などの社内サポート業務

給与

  • 時給:1,600円
  • 交通費支給

・1日上限1,500円

・定期代:月30,000円まで
