◆ 地域を支えるタクシードライバー募集 ◆

私たち「与野交通」は、1964年8月に与野本町で創業し、60年間にわたり地域の皆さまの移動を支えてきました。商業の中心地である大宮や行政の中心地浦和を営業エリアとし、25台のタクシーが昼夜を問わず運行しています。

仕事の仕方は3通り

  • 駅の乗降客を乗場で待つ
  • 会社からの配車指示を待つ
  • 配車アプリ「GO」を待つ

さいたま市内のタクシーは「流し」はしません。安全な場所で次の仕事を待つことが営業スタイルです。

与野交通は配車無線が多いと評判

長年、地域に密着した営業スタイルで貢献してきたおかげで、たくさんの固定客を持っています。乗客を降ろして駅へ戻る途中で、配車無線やGOで呼ばれることが多く、日によっては駅に戻ることが困難な時間帯も多く発生しています。

与野交通の営業アリア内にはいくつかのイベント会場もあり、多くのアーティストライブやスポーツ観戦に訪れる人々がタクシーを利用します。

求める人材:

【必須条件】

  • 自動車運転免許取得後3年以上経過

特定の技能や能力を要求することはありませんが、以下のご経験を活かすことができます。

  • トラックやバスの乗務経験者
  • 接客業や販売業経験者
  • さいたま市内の不動産業経験者
  • さいたま市内の軽貨物配送経験者

勤務時間・曜日:

道路がすいている夜間帯のお仕事です。

渋滞のない時間帯ですが、工事が行われてることが多い時間帯でもあるため、走行には十分な注意が必要です。

  • 20:00~05:00(休憩1時間含む)
  • 実労働時間8時間(点呼、洗車時間含む)
  • 日月祝休み

※時間外労働は要求しませんが、最終の乗客の目的地が遠い場合は、残業が発生します。

給与:

歩合制の給料の為、能力により額面の差がありますが、最初は30万円を目標に取り組んでください。

夜日勤の平均給与:約40万円

待遇・福利厚生:

  • 定年60歳
  • 71歳まで同条件で嘱託雇用継続可
  • 71~78歳は週2~3日勤務で継続雇用可
  • 有給休暇消化率80%

健康管理が大切【夜日勤】

昼夜逆転の生活は体調管理がとても大切です。

  • 質の良い睡眠:睡眠環境を整え、十分な睡眠時間を確保しましょう。
  • 栄養バランス:食事も偏らないように気をつけることが重要です。
  • 適度な運動:軽い運動を取り入れて、リフレッシュするのも良いでしょう。
