【具体的な仕事内容】
『 飯と酒"Toritoco"(とりとこ)』での、
ホール・キッチン業務を中心に、店舗運営全般に関わっていただきます。
\業務一例/
・接客、オーダー、配膳などのホール業務
・ワイン、日本酒のご提案(知識は入社後でOK)
・創作料理の調理補助、盛り付け
・季節メニューのアイデア出し
・SNS投稿やおすすめメニューの企画
・売上管理、スタッフのシフト調整 など

イタリアンをベースにフレンチの技法を取り入れた料理を

「本格的だけど日常使いできる」カジュアルなスタイルが魅力的。
ワインやジンなどのお酒もジャンルに縛られず、

- ■Cさんの場合(年収456万円(月給38万円×12ヶ月)/35歳 店長 経験3年)
