仕事内容:

社員研修の提案営業職となります。

【具体的な業務フロー】

1.アプローチ(商談獲得)

まずは電話等を使い、経営者や人事担当者にアポイントを取ります。

※ここが最初の壁です。 断られることの方が多いですが、

チームで作戦を練り、トライ&エラーを繰り返すことで、

どんな相手とも渡り合える「度胸」と「会話力」が身につきます。

2.ヒアリング・課題抽出

「若手がすぐ辞めてしまう」「リーダーが育たない」など、企業の深い悩みを引き出します。

3.企画提案・成約

助成金を活用した研修プランなど、顧客の負担を減らしつつ効果を最大化する提案を行います。

4.研修実施・フォロー

売って終わりではなく、実際に組織が変わっていく過程に伴走します。

【一⽇の流れ】

09:00 アポイント取得のためのアプローチ

11:00 オンラインでクライアントと打ち合わせ

12:00 お昼休憩

※美味しいお店がたくさんあります /コンビニも徒歩1分圏内

13:00 午後の業務開始

14:00 オンライン又は対面でクライアントと打ち合わせ

16:00 帰社、アポイント取得のためのアプローチ

17:00 オンライン商談

18:00 終礼/業務終了

月の残業時間は20時間〜30時間前後です。

【入社後について】

入社後は2⽇間にかけて新入社員研修を行います。

新入社員研修後はOJT研修でしっかり成長をサポートします。

↓

その後も、社内講師や外部講師による研修を定期的に実施しています。

【入社後研修について】

2⽇間にかけて入社後研修を行います。〜1⽇目・2⽇目 午前

・人事担当による会社制度、事業内容についての説明、各種システム設定

・担当業務の詳細説明〜2⽇目 午後

・先輩社員と一緒に業務開始

【1年間のイメージ】

最初の3ヶ月: 徹底的なロープレと先輩同行、そして新規アプローチの実践。

「質」より「量」をこなし、営業の基礎体力をつけます。

半年〜1年: 自分の力で商談を決められるようになります。

ここからインセンティブで収入が跳ね上がり始めます。

給与:

年収:315万円~600万円

月給:27.5万円~50万円
