仕事内容:

【具体的な業務】

・月次、四半期、年度末決算業務

・法定開示書類(有価証券報告書・決算短信)作成

・監査法人(会計監査・内部統制)、各種ステークホルダー対応

・その他IR関連書類作成

・内部統制関連業務

・税務申告対応

求める人材:

【必須スキル】

事業会社での経理経験(法定開示・決算業務等):3年以上

【歓迎スキル】

・上場準備フェーズ、従業員規模100名-300名規模の企業での経理業務の経験

・開示システムでの実務経験(1年以上)

・国内の適時開示ガイドラインの知識

・企業のIRや企業サイトの構築経験

・SaaSの導入、リプレイスを行い運用した経験

勤務時間・曜日:

フルフレックス制(コアタイムなし)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土・日)、祝祭日

・有給休暇(入社6ヶ月で10日付与、その後、1年毎に所定の日数を付与)

・夏季休暇

・年末年始休暇

・特別休暇(慶忌休暇、出産休暇、結婚休暇、その他)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥416,700 〜 ¥833,400は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥108,405〜¥216,810(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
