【仕事内容】
製造、流通、金融業界のITアウトソーシング顧客を中心に、お客様の課題やニーズに応じたITインフラの運用、改善提案、企画、設計、構築を行っていただきます。
1、サービスマネジメント業務
顧客のサービス責任者として、継続的にサービス改善活動を推進。顧客ニーズに応えるため、関連部署とも連携しながら社内リソースを活かした提案を実施。
2、運用管理・システム管理業務
顧客システムの運用設計、システム管理、品質管理、問題管理。
3、ITインフラの企画・設計・構築業務
既存顧客を中心とした、システム設計・構築。他部署とも協働したプロジェクト推進。

【求める人材】
[必須要件]※業界不問/製品不問/文理不問
■インフラ運用管理、システム管理、インフラ構築いずれかの経験が3年以上
■ITILベースでのITサービスマネジメント実践スキル
■サーバ(Windows/Linux/Vmware)、ネットワーク関連の設計、構築、運用スキル
■ドキュメンテーションスキル
■情報処理技術者試験(基本情報/応用情報)、ITIL、LPIC、ITベンダー資格(Microsoft/Linux/Cisco/VMwareなど)の何れか
※ただし、資格よりご経験を重視します。

□インフラ運用管理のリーダー経験
□インフラ構築のプロジェクトマネージャ・リーダー経験
□クラウド(AWS/Azure/GCP)、データベース(Oracle)の設計、構築、運用スキル
□情報処理技術者試験(ITサービスマネージャ、ネットワークスペシャリスト)、PM関連、DB(Oracle)、クラウド(AWS、Azure) などの取得
【給与】
800万円~1000万円
※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
