募集背景
国内で圧倒的なシェアを保持する大型冷凍機の事業を海外へ拡大するにあたり、同業種での経験者の獲得をもって即戦力を確保したいという思いから募集を行います。
仕事内容
海外向け大型冷凍機について直接販売及び各国販売拠点と共に営業企画・戦略立案や輸出営業を中心とした営業活動全般となります。
具体的には、販売に関わる営業企画と業務遂行、海外営業(入札案件への対応・見積・契約・代金回収・PJリスク管理)、事業製品の規制調査・商品企画・補助金スキーム調査、事業拠点設立に係るF/S・立ち上げ・EPC・escoスキームの検討等になります。

働き方
海外営業グループには現在8名(男性6名、女性2名)の社員が在籍しています。日常業務で連動する海外拠点への派遣者も3名います。上位組織となる営業部としては、当グループの他、熱ソリューション営業グループ、海外サービス営業グループ、マーケティンググループとで構成されています。
求める能力・経験・資格

・同業種(機械・設備)での輸出営業経験(5年以上)
・グローバルベースでの業務遂行、人間関係の構築に経験があること
・粘り強い業務遂行ができること、複数の業務を並行してさばけること
・論理的な会話・交渉ができること
【尚可】
・冷熱製品についての業務従事経験
・海外駐在経験(3年以上)
・英語以外の外国語資格を有すること
