国内企業が抱えるカーボンニュートラルの課題に対し、当社の冷熱事業は高効率機器による省エネや熱需要の電化で応えることができます。当社機器の適用検討や技術提案のニーズが増え続けており、今回、事業拡大及び顧客開拓に寄与できる人材獲得と人員構成のバランス化を図ることとなりました。

<仕事内容>


・全国の大型工場(食品、輸送機器、鉄鋼、機械、三菱重工グループ、データセンター)への営業活動。

・顧客のカーボンニュートラル相談に対するヒートポンプ技術を用いた省エネ、省CO2提案。

・国内当社技術のPR活動。

(変更の範囲)当社の定める業務全般。将来的に会社の指示する業務への変更を命ずる可能性あり。

<仕事の魅力・やりがい>


全国販売会社である三菱重工冷熱(株)の営業・技術サポートを行う一方、ターボ冷凍機やヒートポンプ、それらを用いたシステム工事の直接販売も行います。後方支援だけでなく、比較的規模の大きい商談も経験できる充実感のある仕事です。三菱重工Gの中では比較的商談サイクルの短い製品であるため、案件の立ち上げから竣工、アフターサービスまで携わることができます。

特にターボ冷凍機は国内トップシェアを維持しており、他社を凌駕する技術開発力と販売戦略により、主たるランドマークで当社製品が活躍しています。

<働き方>


国内事業従事者は8名(男性7名、女性1名)の社員が在籍しています。

技術提案を主たる業務とする技術Tと、受注・売上活動を主たる業務とする営業Tに分かれており、其々が連携、補完しながら事業拡大に貢献しています。

<求める能力・経験・資格>


【必須】

・サービス営業、提案型営業などの技術営業経験

・大型機械の技術営業・サービス営業経験

・工場ユーティリティー設備に精通し顧客ニーズを的確にとらえるスキル

・論理的な会話・交渉ができ、高いコミュニケーション力を有すること

【尚可】

・エネルギー管理士または1級管工事施工管理技士の資格

・ヒートポンプなど冷熱製品の従事経験

・国内補助金事業に関する実務経験

勤務時間

8:30~17:30(休憩時間12:00~13:00)
※フルフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

・年間休日126日(2024年度実績)
・完全週休2日制(土・日)
・祝日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(最大22日/年)、結婚休暇、出産休暇等
・勤務地により休日振替あり
