本ポジションについて <2027年新卒採用/「ゲーミフィケーション領域」×「企画職」>の窓口です。 ※「デジタルコンテンツ領域」×「開発職」ポジションは求人が分かれておりますのでご注意ください。 ※「企画職」「開発職」併願も可能です 配属:エクスペリエンスデザイン部_企画職 業務内容 企業や社会が抱える課題に対して、ゲーム開発ならではの体験設計ノウハウを活用して、人間の根源的な欲求を基点に「ついやりたくなる」体験をデザインし課題解決を行います。戦略設計からプロダクト開発、サービス開発、事業グロースまで一気通貫で提供する事業の企画職ポジションです。 新卒でご入社いただいた後は事業やノウハウについて学ぶ研修を経て、ジュニアプランナーとしてプロジェクトチームに入り、プロデューサーや先輩ディレクターのサポートの元、実際に企画設計や開発運用に触れていただきます。 徐々にコンサル~企画・開発まで幅広く様々なプロジェクトを経験いただき、ディレクター、さらにはプロデューサーを目指していただきます。 プロジェクトのフェーズは様々ですが、現在は、上流工程と呼ばれる初期企画など、0から1を生み出すプロジェクトが多いです。 「に困っている」という抽象的な課題を言語化し、原因を追究・分析・整理する上流工程からスタートし、解決すべき目的に応じてWEB / アプリ / SNSコンテンツ / OMO施策 / アナログカードゲーム / リアルイベントなど、最適な課題解決策を企画・提案、ディレクションを行います。 5年、10年、その先のキャリアに必ずプラスとなる「ものづくり」と「コンサルティング」の両方を経験できる職種です。 【セガ×電通の合弁会社】エンタテインメントを活用した感情を動かす体験設計(CX/UXデザイン)で社会課題を解決 私たちは、総合エンタテインメント企業の「セガ」と総合広告代理店の「電通」のジョイントベンチャーとして、「ゲーミフィケーション」をコアバリューに事業展開しています。 「ゲーミフィケーション」とは、ゲームのノウハウやメカニクスを非ゲーム領域のサービスや事業活動へ導入し活用する手法です。 近年では医療業界や金融業界、自治体など、一見エンタテインメントとは結び付かないさまざまな業界で「ゲーミフィケーション」が活用されるようになりました。 価格やスペックといった機能的価値だけでは差別化が難しい時代となり、人々の「感情を動かす」情緒的価値に対するニーズは一層高まりを見せています。そこで「ゲーミフィケーション」による感情を動かす体験設計が、今注目されています。 セガ エックスディーは2025年にもさまざまな活動を実施 ・ 2025年にはセガ エックスディーのCXデザインの虎の巻とも言えるフレームワーク「CXのあいうえお」を発表 ・ "ついやりたくなる体験"を設計する『ゲーミフィケーションカード』が「2025年度グッドデザイン賞」を受賞 ・ ゲーミフィケーションに特化した国内初の大規模カンファレンス『ゲーミフィケーション カンファレンス QUEST』(2025年11月21日)を開催 ・ 新規事業としてセガIPを活用した知育むけコンテンツ『「ぷよぷよハッピー』を公開 ・ 電通デジタル×セガ エックスディーで企業課題を解決するクリエイティブチーム「Engage Guild(エンゲージ ギルド)」を発足 ・ COO伊藤真人による著書『ゲームフルデザイン 「やりたくなる」を生み出すゲーミフィケーションの進化』が発売 ・日本式フルカラー縦スクロールトゥーンレーベル『ZETooN』で セガのマンガビューアー『MANGA DRIVE』を採用 「衝動」を生み出すエクスペリエンスデザイン事業の2つの領域 今回新卒採用募集をするエクスペリエンスデザイン事業(コア事業)では、企業や社会が抱える課題をゲーム開発で培ってきた生活者の感情を動かし「ついやりたくなってしまう」「ついやり続けてしまう」体験を生み出す技術、いわゆる「ゲーミフィケーション」を用いた体験設計で解決しています。 ・「ゲーミフィケーション領域」 「感情を動かす」ゲーミフィケーションを用いて企業や社会の課題に対するソリューションを提供。 ゲーム開発ならではの体験設計ノウハウを活用して、人間の根源的な欲求を基点に「ついやりたくなる」体験をデザインし課題解決を行います。 企画プランニングから開発、運営まで一気通貫でサービスを提供しています。 Ex:ECサイトの体験設計・改善(UI/UXデザイン)、学習カードゲームの企画・開発、DXを促進するための企画立案 など… ※取り組みのイメージは、導入事例をご覧いただくとわかりやすいです ・「デジタルコンテンツ領域」 セガグループで培われた非ゲームのデジタルコンテンツ開発・運営ノウハウを強みに、10年に渡る電子マンガサービスを中心とした大手出版業界企業向けのアプリやWEBサービスの開発・運用のほか、デジタルならではの特性を生かしたコンテンツを提供しています。 Ex:マガジンポケット(講談社様)、ちゃおプラス(小学館様)、ガッコミ(Gakken様)、ComicNORA(Gakken様)ほか… 配属組織「エクスペリエンスデザイン部(ゲーミフィケーション領域)」 企業や社会の課題に対して、エンタテインメントの技術とノウハウを駆使し、戦略設計からプロダクトやサービス開発、事業グロースまで一気通貫でサポートしています。 クライアントは大手企業、地方自治体、官公庁、学校法人等多岐にわたりますが、「に困っている」という抽象的な課題を言語化し、原因を追究・分析・整理する上流工程からスタートし、解決すべき目的に応じてWEB / アプリ / SNSコンテンツ / OMO施策 / アナログカードゲーム / リアルイベントなどを提供しています。 <取り組みの一例> ・英語学習を習慣化させる英語学習アプリの開発/運営(教育関連企業) ・社内コミュニケーションを促進する研修用のカードゲーム開発(製薬会社) ・貯まったポイントの消費を促す、パズルゲーム開発(電力会社) ・自治体の財政状況をわかりやすく伝える冊子制作(地方自治体) ・商業施設の回遊を促進する、AR・ミニゲームを活用したデジタルスタンプラリー開発(小売業) ・障がい者とよりよい雇用関係を築くための知識を習得できる研修用ボードゲームの開発(研修会社) ・「ゲーミフィケーション」を取り入れた、楽しく学べるゲーム体験型防災訓練の企画・体験設計 - 選考フロー ・会社説明会(1月~3月実施) ・エントリーシート提出(締切:3月末) ・書類選考 ・1次面接 ・2次面接(グループワーク・面接) ・適性検査 ・最終面接 ※選考回数・内容が変更になる場合もございます。予めご了承ください。 興味を持って下さった方へ まずは会社説明会にご参加ください。 エントリーいただきましたら、追って会社説明会の案内をお送りいたします。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 <直近の会社説明会開催日程> ①1月 28日 (水)18:00~19:30 ②2月 03日 (火)17:30~19:00 ※以降も実施予定
