デベロッパーとして生成 AI を扱った経験。
技術的なプレゼンテーションを行った経験。
英語と日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、社内外の関係者とスムーズに連絡を取り合えること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
Google Cloud Platform(GCP)の Professional Machine Learning Engineer 認定資格。
エンタープライズ環境で機械学習オペレーション(例: MLOps)システムを設計し、エンタープライズ クラスの機械学習システムを構築、スケーリング、最適化した経験。
バッチおよびオンラインのモデル提供に携わった経験と、モデルの管理およびモニタリングに関する知識。
Vertex AI モデルのデプロイ、自動化とテストのための Vertex Pipelines、Kubeflow、または MLFlow に関する知識。
GCP サービスに関する知識、および、BigQuery や Vertex AI などの分析とデータ エンジニアリングにおける GCP サービスの使用に関する知識。
データ エンジニアリング パイプライン向けの GCP での優れたインフラストラクチャ構築およびメンテナンス スキル。

AI / ML フィールド ソリューション アーキテクトは、AI ネイティブやイノベーター、大企業、AI スタートアップ向けに、Google Cloud の AI / ML および生成 AI テクノロジーのデプロイを通じて、Google Cloud のセールスチームとエンジニアリングをサポートするポジションです。AI アクセラレータの Tensor Processing Unit / 画像処理装置(TPU / GPU)をはじめとした Google Cloud の柔軟性に富むオープン インフラストラクチャを使用してソリューションを提供することを通じて、お客様の変革を支援していただきます。
問題解決のために、主な業界向けツール、技術、方法論を活用して生成 AI および AI / ML アプリケーションの見極め、評価、開発を行うことも職務の一環です。お客様がクラウド ロードマップ全体にアクセラレータを活用できるようサポートします。そのために既存モデルに対するベンチマークの実施、新しいモデルにアクセラレータを使用する機会の見極め、移行パスの立案、コスト パフォーマンス分析の支援を行うことが求められます。さらに、その過程で社内のクラウド AI チームと連携して障害を取り除き、将来のサービスの方向性を定めてください。あいまいな状況に対処する能力、トラブルシューティングを行いソリューションを見つける能力、テクノロジー分野で知識を習得する能力が必要となります。

業務内容
日本を拠点とするフィールド ソリューション アーキテクト(FSA)チームのチームリーダーとしてチームを主導する。
お客様の運用ニーズと目標を把握して、コンサルタントとしてお客様をサポートする。データ、インフラストラクチャ、AI を包括する AI 中心のアーキテクチャを設計し、チームメンバーと協力して完全なクラウド スタックを統合する。
概念実証プロジェクト、機能のデモ、モデルのチューニング、パフォーマンスの最適化を通じて、Google Cloud の利点を強調する。モデルのトレーニングとサービングに関する問題を解決する。
リファレンス アーキテクチャやテンプレートなどの再利用可能な技術リソースを開発し、社内チームや他のお客様を支援する。AI/ML とインフラストラクチャが交錯する場所で企業のニーズを提唱し、Google Cloud プロダクトの進化に影響を与える。
リーダーシップ チームと連携して、担当地域の現場スタッフの準備状況を監督するほか、プロダクト チームおよびパートナー チームと協力して社外向けのトレーニング イニシアチブを推進する。
