仕事内容

お客様からのご依頼を受け、ベビーシッターをコーディネートするお仕事。

コーディネーターの役割は「お客さまとシッターさんの橋渡し役」です。

<具体的には・・・>

  • 電話・メールでの受付対応
  • 上記に伴う事務・PC入力(登録情報管理、進捗管理)
  • 登録ベビーシッターさんの管理・サポートなど

時には、保育スタッフとして現場に入っていただく場合も。

既存のシステムや枠組みにとらわれず、日々の業務から常に課題を見出しチームで考えながら、より良い道を一緒に模索していきましょう。

入社後は、しっかりとした研修で新人さんの不安を解消。

指導を受けながら、少しずつ流れを身につけられるから安心です。

  • 会社の理念やサービス内容を丁寧にレクチャー
  • 本社研修(1日)でシッターの専門知識を学べます
  • 通常業務はOJT形式で先輩スタッフがサポート

給与


月給230,000円~※経験・能力による

※業務に支障がなければ実働7時間勤務で退社可能。減給なし

※時間外手当あり

※試用期間(3ヶ月)有 (月給225,000円~)

勤務曜日・時間


平日9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

※ただし、業務に支障がなければ実働7時間勤務で退社可能。減給なし

資格・経験


ベビーシッター等保育経験者または以下資格要件を満たしていれば尚可

<認可外保育施設資格要件>

・保育士

・ACSA認定ベビーシッター

・ACSAベビーシッター養成研修・現任研修修了

・居宅訪問型保育基礎研修修了

・家庭的保育者等基礎研修修了

・子育て支援員(地域保育コースの地域型保育)

・看護師(准看護師含む)

※基本的なパソコンスキルある方(Word、Excel)
