Job Description

医療傷害保険(賠償保険を含む)のデジタル販売化を促進するに伴い、既存顧客や見込み客の主観的・客観的なセグメンテーション、社内データ、また旅行会社、クレジットカード会社などのスポンサー・パートナー企業からのデータによる予測モデルの開発、医療傷害保険部門の各部門の事業目標に基づく戦略立案のサポートを担当いただきます。また、KPIデータ提供のための各種データ整備・メンテナンスも行っていただきます。


The position is primarily responsible for areas in (but not limited to), subjective and objective segmentation of customer or prospect bases, develop predictive models on internal and external (sponsors/partners) data and support of formulating strategies based on the business in A&H.

Various data preparation and maintenance for providing KPI data also be performed.

A&H内マネージャ、IT、オペレーションズと密接に連携しながら、顧客管理戦略を改善するための分析的ソリューションの策定
A&H内ビジネスのKPI策定、管理およびダッシュボード作成
顧客セグメント別に失効/リテンションを分析し、早期警告のトリガーとなるフレームワークを提供する
グローバルチームと連携しながら、アナリティクスのベストプラクティスを国内に導入。
コンシューマー・マーケティングの新規施策の企画・立案支援。
Liaise with sponsors and develop, implement and maintain predictive model based solutions for Acquisition campaigns with manager's support.
Formulate analytical solutions to improve Customer Management strategies, working closely with teams in A&H, IT and Operations.
Develop and Manage KPI and its dashboard of business within A&H.
Analyze lapse/retention by customer segments and provide framework for early warning triggers
Liaise with Global team to implement Best Practices in Analytics in the country
Support planning and scoping of new Consumer Marketing initiatives

Qualifications

必要な資格・スキル
ビジネス視点でのデータ分析および分析結果に基づくアクションプランの提案経験
マネジメント向け分析データレポートの作成
SAS ソフトウェアなどの分析ツールの経験および、 Python, SQL などデータ分析の際利用する言語、またそれに関するデータベースなどの分析ツールの利用経験。
また、分析データを表現するための BI ツールの利用経験
MS Office の使用経験。特にエクセルにおいて、 Power Query/Power Pivot など利用経験必須。
優れた対人関係能力

望ましい経験・スキル
数学 / 統計学 / 経済学 / コンピュータサイエンスの学位取得者

  • 5 年の CRM /Analytics の経験。
予測モデリングなどの作成経験。
クレジットカード / 小売 / 保険での経験、または複数のドメインにまたがるアナリティクスコンサルタントとしての経験。
英語(最低 TOEIC Score 650 点程度)少なくとも英語に接する際抵抗がないこと。今後継続した学習意欲があること

Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience analyzing data from a business perspective and proposing action plans based on analysis results
Prepare analytical data reports for management

Experience with analytical tools such as SAS software and other languages used in data analysis such as Python, R, SQL, and related databases.

Experience using BI tools to represent analytical data
Experience with MS Office with using Power Query/Power Pivot, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience/Skills
Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Computer Science

  • 5 years of experience in CRM /Analytics
Experience in predictive modelling
Experience in credit cards/ Retail/ insurance or as analytics consultant across multiple domains will be preferred.
English (minimum TOEIC Score 650), at least comfortable with English. (Must be willing to continue learning in the future)
