「法務(国内契約エキスパート)【在宅◎/日揮・三菱の安定基盤】」のポジションの求人です
【職務内容】
■契約書作成と審査、自社の法的問題の検討および相談対応
■独禁法遵守の推進と実践、相談対応
■社内規程の改定 ・法的相談窓口
■リーガルオペレーションの改善検討
■拠点向け法務勉強会の企画・実施
※契約書の作成・審査がメインの業務になります。
(同部は契約書関連業務に特化した部署となっており、
業務の8-9割が国内契約書関連の業務です。)
※ご経験に応じてマネジメント業務を将来的にお任せする可能性がございます。
・主業務は契約審査と法務相談となります。法的論理性を踏まえつつ、リスクの低減はもちろん、リスクの移転・許容についての考察検討までを実施する業務となります。(契約審査の案件数は月30件程度です)
・契約書は国内案件がメイン、海外案件も一部含まれます
同社で扱う契約書は地方自治体や官公庁と取り交わすことが主なため、1からの作成はほとんどなく、契約書審査やリスクの洗い出しがメインです。
一方、官公庁や社会の状況は流動的で、直近ではJV関連の契約書が増えていることや、初めての契約案件の対応も発生するため、臨機応変な対応が必要です。
【募集背景】
同社の法務部では同社におけるリーガルリテラシー向上のため、契約書検討や法務相談(法務案件検討依頼・法務案件相談フォーム)の対応強化とともに、当該対応を通して認識した課題についての情報発信等の啓蒙活動に取り組んでいます。 最近は、PFIやDBO案件等提案型一括発注事業案件の増加により、締結契約の多層化やスキームの複雑化が進んでおり、今後も提案型事業案件の検討依頼が増加見通しです。 また、コーポレートガバナンス等商事法務分野での対応力、SDGsに関連する新規事業分野での法務対応力への備えも必要となるため、今回は戦力増強のための募集となります。
【配属部門】
法務部
部長(弁護士資格所有者) - 総合職(4名)、派遣スタッフ1名
法務関連の部署は同部の他、コンプライアンス部やガバナンス部がございます。
【働き方】
・残業時間:月20~30時間
・在宅勤務:週2~4日
・役職定年:年齢制限無し

【必須要件】
■事業会社での法務(契約審査業務)または法律事務所での企業契約審査対応経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 800 万円
昇給:年1回 賞与:年2回
※上記年収は諸手当込みになります。
