概要
アクサ生命対面販売チャネルを通じた新規契約の営業予算達成がミッションである。アクサ生命との連携を密接に取りながら、市場分析、各種営業戦略の策定、実行を通じ、当社損害保険商品の新規営業予算達成を実現するだけでなく、アクサ生命営業予算達成にも貢献する。
スキル・資格
■必須条件
・営業経験2年以上
・損害保険業界での業務経験
・マネジメント/チームリーダー経験(人数は問いません)
■本ポジションに求められる必要要件(1): 専門知識、職務経験
・ 代理店営業経験があれば尚可
・ 保険(自動車・バイク保険の経験はプラス)の営業施策立案とセールス経験
・ 論理的プレゼンテーションスキル
・ 高いコミュニケーション力、交渉力、課題発見・分析力、人間関係構築力
・ 各種報告書作成スキル(Office)

■ 主な業務内容
・ 市場および競合他社の分析
・ 営業戦略の策定および実行
・ ステークホルダーとの関係強化
・ 営業予算策定と予実管理
・ PDCAサイクルの実行
・ アクサ生命ディストリビューション部門との関係構築および連携強化
・ 営業推進部門やファイナンス部門、商品部門などの関連部門との調整
・ CCI・FAチャネルの営業社員の販売マインド、行動特性などの観点からの分析
・ パートナービジネス領域におけるNBV、カスタマージャーニーなどの観点からの分析
・ 上席者へのレポート業務
・ 各種会議体でのレポート業務
・ チームの目標やVisionの共有と浸透
・ チームメンバーのKPI、目標設定のフォロー
・ チームメンバーとの定期的なコミュニケーションの機会を通じた関係構築
・ 営業活動におけるチームメンバーへの積極的なサポート
・ 各業務におけるチームメンバーに対する指導、教育
・ KPI策定および実行
・ 各種アクションの立案および実行
・ CCI・FAチャネルの営業社員に対する販売支援・教育および活動活性化
・ PBチャネルとの新たなビジネスモデル開発
