【職務概要】
金融機関向けDXサービス『Mikatanoシリーズ』および新規サービス『BANK Biz』のプロダクトマネージャーとして、法人領域の共通課題を捉え、金融機関や事業会社と共創しながらバックエンドを含む開発全体をリードいただきます。
特に、各マイクロサービスの連携設計、ID体系の整理、銀行システムとの接続といったプロダクトの根幹をなすバックエンド領域全体のアーキテクチャ設計において、国内外のエンジニアと深く議論し、最適な意思決定をリードしながら開発を推進していただきます。将来的には、PdM組織を技術面からリードするマネジメント職として、部門全体の戦略策定や組織開発にも貢献していただくことを期待しています。
【職務詳細】
・大規模プロジェクト全体の責任者としてのデリバリーマネジメント(国内外エンジニアとの英語コミュニケーション含む)
・バックエンド領域全体のアーキテクチャ設計と開発プロセスのリード
・金融機関向け新規プロダクトの事業戦略と連携したロードマップ策定、開発優先順位の最終判断
・パートナー企業の経営層や事業責任者との高度な折衝・共創の推進
・技術的観点からのレポーティングおよび意思決定

【必須】
・堅牢性の高い大規模基幹システム(金融、社会インフラなど)における要件定義からデリバリーまでを一貫したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・ハイレベルな開発知見(Webアプリケーション開発における技術的な議論をリードできるレベルの知見)
・経営層や事業責任者を含む、多様なステークホルダーを巻き込み、事業レベルの課題解決を推進した経験
【尚可】
・金融(銀行・決済・融資など)ドメインにおける深い知見、または関連プロダクトの開発経験
・PdM組織の立ち上げや、開発プロセス全体の設計・改善をリードした経験
・数名規模のチームマネジメント経験(組織マネジメントは必須ではありません)
・グローバルなエンジニア組織との協業経験
【給与】
年収:1000万~1500万程度
月給制:月額834000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:ハイパフォーマンス賞与
昇給:年2回
