【業務概要】
お客様サービスにおける性能面でのテクニカルな課題において、DBを中心とした検証や分析を行い、性能試験の支援や技術コンサルティングを行っています。
◆任せる業務内容
以下のような立場で顧客システムの課題解決を支援していただきます。
■アーキテクト
・各種非機能要求に基づくシステムプラットフォームのアーキテクチャ設計
・アーキテクチャ領域に関する各種QA、テクニカルコンサルティング
■DBスペシャリスト
・データベース移行支援メンバとして、移行アセスメント(移行の難易度評価)の実施、
PoC支援、DB移行に伴う、DB再設計、SQL変換、互換機能の開発、試験支援、
QA、技術コンサルタントといった業務に幅広く関わります。
■性能スペシャリスト
・主に性能試験支援、性能問題解決支援メンバとして、性能試験計画の策定、
性能設計(アプリケーションロジック、サイジング、パラメータ設計)、
性能試験の実施から解析、性能チューニング(OS、ミドルウェア、DB)、
QA、技術コンサルタント(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■アーキテクト/データベース/性能領域のいずれかの分野において上流から対応可能な得意領域を有していること
■プロジェクト管理者として、数名~十数名以上のチームにおいてマネジメント(進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理など)を行った経験
■一通りの開発工程(要件定義~総合テスト)の経験
■顧客折衝/チーム間調整等の窓口業務経験
■未経験分野に対して、独力でキャッチアップした経験
■常に当事者意識を持ち、顧客にどれだけ価値を提供できるか、自ら考え行動に移すことができるマインド
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■クラウドサービス(AWS, Azure, GCP等)を利用したシステム開発経験
■仮想化、コンテナ技術(kubernetes、docker等)についての経験
■アーキテクト領域に関わる各種経験
システムの各種非機能要件定義
非機能要件に基づくプラットフォームアーキテクチャの設計
■データベース領域に関わる各種経験(特にPostgreSQLの有識者歓迎)
