  • その要件を元に開発していただくため、裁量(責任)豊富です。

・また、外販も強化しており、リユース業界全体への導入することも構想しております。

【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

"オムリスという20年以上に渡ってネット・実店舗販売の経験をベースに自社開発した、

実店舗や複数ネット販売先(ECサイト、モール)等の出品/受注販売・在庫管理ができる

クラウド型サービスシステムのエンハンス開発・新企業への導入をお任せします。

現場にて要件をヒアリングし、コーディングをご担当頂きます。上流工程にも携わり、スキルアップも可能です。

【お任せしたいこと】

・オムリスの近代化: 既存システムの改修、新技術導入によるパフォーマンス向上、保守性・拡張性向上

・グループ会社向けカスタマイズ: 各社のニーズに合わせた機能開発、システム統合による効率化

・開発プロセス改善: CI/CD活用、自動化推進による開発効率と品質向上

【コメ兵Gの課題】

・各社がそれぞれの商品DBを保有し、在庫管理を行っている

・リユース品はすべて「1点物」のため、一般的なl小売業界のように商品在庫を他から取り寄せる事ができない

  • 検索性が悪く、市場の動きや顧客のニーズに素早く応えられない。必要な物を必要な場所へ素早く流通させることができない。

・商品取扱数や利用者の多い企業への導入が進められていない(規模感の小さい会社への導入を優先中)

・ 20年以上運用されているシステムであるため、古い技術や複雑な構造による改修の難しさがある

・実店舗販売+自社EC、ECモール販売の併売業務を効率化。店舗販売はもちろん、リアルタイムにネット受注状況の把握が可能

・ECへの出品業務を軽減する様々な機能や、出荷ステータス管理でメンバー間連携がスムーズになる

IT事業G:24名(2025年7月時点)

※内訳:事業部長1名/オムリス開発SE6名/運用CS2名/AIデータ基盤構築6名/企画3名/CS3名/AI開発3名

  • オムリス開発SE部隊への配属となります。

【年収・給与】

450万円~850万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【待遇・福利厚生】

・時間外手当・家族・扶養手当(配偶者10000円・子ども1人5000円、2人15000円、3人30000円を毎月支給)・住宅手当・家賃補助(扶養あり15000円・扶養なし10000円毎月支給)
