【職務概要】

※入社後、BOLDLY株式会社に出向となります。

世界が注目する自動運転領域をいち早く実装・サービス化するために自動運転車両のデプロイスペシャリストを募集します。

【職務詳細】

・自動運転車両の現地セットアップ、デプロイメント作業

・顧客とのコミュニケーション、導入計画の策定

・車両メーカー担当との折衝

・サービスのブラッシュアップに向けた提案

<具体的には>

・全国各地へ出張し、現地での自動運転車両の車両の基本設定、走行コース設定、デモ実施や初期立ち上げ時の運行サポート

・必要に応じ海外出張し、メーカー研修を受けて最新スキルの習得

・営業チームと連携し、顧客の要望をヒアリングした上で走行コースや導入計画を提案

・安全な運行を実現するために運行プロセスを設計・管理し、地域のオペレータ人材を育成、トレーニング、試験対応の実施

・デプロイメント円滑化のため、車両、設備、運行オペレーター人材などのリソースの管理

・車両の電気・機械システムに関する基本的な知識

・何かしらのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル(メールでのやりとり、ミーティングでの交渉)

【給与】

年収:636万~1570万程度

月給制:月額381025円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回 ※年間標準賞与5ヶ月+特別加算賞与(業績に応じて支給)

昇給:年1回(原則)

【勤務地】

東京都港区海岸一丁目7番1号※車両の配備や運営などの業務もあるので、国内への長期出張が年に複数回あります

ゆりかもめ「竹芝」駅徒歩1分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

原則9時00分~17時45分(実働7時間45分)※スーパーフレックスタイム制(コアタイム無し)
