採用育成戦略部の一員として新卒採用領域における人事業務を担当。
採用から入社者の受け入れ・フォロー、定着支援、育成に至るまで、採用・育成に幅広く携わることができます。
不動産ソリューションを展開する同社において、人事(採用・育成)に関する制度や仕組みづくり、イベントや研修の運営などを幅広くお任せします。
■人事戦略の立案
■グループ各社の採用支援
■採用媒体の選定、人材会社との折衝
■新卒採用におけるインターンシップ、会社説明会の計画・運営
■選考管理、応募者・内定者フォロー
■スカウト業務
■教育基盤構築
■研修管理
■研修斡旋業務
■人材育成支援
■研修の構築、実施
■新入社員の定着支援

【必須条件】
以下 のどれかいずれかに該当する方
(1)営業経験をお持ちの方
(2)人事職のご経験をお持ちの方
(3)何かしら採用活動にかかわった経験がある方(人材業界など)
※明確な目標数値の達成にむけて行動ができる方を募集致します。
他業界での人事経験者や人材業界での営業経験者など、業界や職種を問わず、活躍できるフィールドがあります。

※休みは希望を考慮。基本的には水・日のメンバーと土・日のメンバーが多いです。
