・SAPコンサルタントとして、SAPシステムの導入支援を行います。

・お客様の業務課題をヒアリングし、最適なSAPソリューションを提案を行います。

・お客様へのトレーニング、運用支援

・大手電機事業社、化学製造事業社に対する、ECCからS4へのマイグレーション案件

・大手製造業社に対する運用保守案件

・大手医療メーカーに対する開発案件

必須条件

・SAPコンサルティングの経験

・SAP ERP/S/4HANAモジュールの知識

※特にSDMM,FICO,PP

・SIer、ベンダーでの勤務経験

・英語または、中国語でのコミュニケーション能力

研修・教育制度

  • 評価制度

1月に個人年間目標を決定します。年2回(7月・12月)の半期評価では、自己評価をもとに上長と面談を行います。評価点や改善点などを話し合い、その結果を上位の部署へエスカレーションします。最終的には会社全体で調整を行い、賞与として反映します。

  • 昇給/昇格

前年の評価結果を基準とし、毎年4月に昇給・昇格を決定します。昇格は8等級あり、4級がリーダークラス、5級が係長、6級が課長、7級が部長、8級が本部長です。キャリアステップが明確なので、社員のモチベーションに繋がっています。

開発環境

  • 配属先:ERP事業推進部

・25名のメンバーが在籍

・部署内にはOracle EBS経験者が多数在籍していますが、SAPへと移行を進めています

  • 現場・社員の雰囲気

・プロダクトのチームリーダーは面倒見のいい社員が多く、ミーティングに楽しんで参加できたり、オンオフを切り替えて働いたりしやすい雰囲気です

・月平均残業時間10.9時間 (大阪事業本部2024年度実績)と、業務中の自分の時間をカスタマイズしやすく、メリハリをつけて業務に集中しやすい環境です

給与

  • 年収:600-1,500万円

・昇給:年1回(4月)

・賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

※給与額はスキルと経験を考慮し、決定します
