About the Role

This position would lead the APAC-Japan Account Support team while working closely with our APAC and Global teams.
This would manage the team's responsible for the contracting, account support process excellence and follow-up activities.
The daily activities apply to both new, transactional and renewal sales, and the contracting / ordering management process.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day operations and managing all local needs of Sales Contracting and Account Support pertaining to APAC-Japan
  • Ensuring all APAC-Japan business (new business and renewals) are processed and invoiced on time according to the yearly defined targets
  • Hiring, retain, motivate and develop employees with appropriate skills and service orientation to achieve agreed business goals
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of a team located in APAC-Japan
  • Implementing an Account Support strategy and the short and long-term objectives of key stakeholders across various business functions
  • Establishing and implementing strategic plans to scale both Account Support and system process capabilities to meet future volume growth

    • Requirements

  • Maintain a Bachelors or equivalent and 5 - 8 yrs. experience (1-2 in either people management, supervisory or team lead.)
  • Display Business level English and Fluent Japanese
  • Display prior experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and related reporting functionalities
  • Display prior experience in ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP, or Siebel CRM, CPQ and CLM components of Salesforce.
