  • 具体的なお仕事内容

日本有数の土木資材メーカーである当社にて、日本中の道路や橋に使われる「橋梁用伸縮装置」の設計・研究開発業務を担当していただきます。

・設計業務や資料作成

・既存製品の改良

・新製品の考案

・新製品の設計・開発

・提携工場での製作指示や打ち合わせ

【入社後の研修も充実】

当社の研修では、座学にて仕事のやり方や必要な技術を学びます。研修が終わると、現場で先輩から指導を受けながら実際の作業を見て、6ヶ月~1年間は実習をします。現場での体験は、これからの仕事に大きく役立ちます。

道路や橋に必ず必要な製品を作っています。この道路や橋の遊間(アソビ)をつなぐ資材である「ジョイント」を作っている会社は、なんと全国に20社程度しかありません。

【給与】


月給 250,873円

大学卒 月給250,873円

大学院卒 月給258,399円

給与には、固定残業代 35時間分(大学卒:50,873円、大学院卒:52,399円)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。また給与は、年齢・知識・スキル・経験・資格など考慮して決定します。

パークプレイス 6F

※転勤の可能性があります。ただし、入社から2~3年間は転勤の可能性はありません。 本社内にて本社・営業所間の仕組みや地域特性を学ぶ必要があるからです。 転勤の有無は、本人の希望・生活環境を尊重した上で最終決定します。

09:00~18:30(休憩1時間、18:00に退社可)

【残業は少なめです】
