健康診断・人間ドックの営業業務(総合職)

【仕事内容】

健康診断・人間ドックの営業業務を行っていただきます。

(健診現場の研修)

健診の受付や計測補助などを実際に研修として

経験していただくことで、提案するサービスに

対する理解を深めることができます。

その後、

営業担当として事業所の担当を持ち健康診断等の

産業保健サービスのご提案や新規開拓などを行っていただきます。

・担当事業所の訪問

・健康診断の打合せ

・見積書作成

・契約書締結

・その他、当会のサービス提案

~保健会のシゴト~

「人々の健康を守りたい」という想いから発足した当会。

現在では、「健康診断事業」「外来診療」「健康促進事業」

「作業環境測定事業」「公益活動」、計5つの事業分野で、

人々の健康を全面的にサポートしています

【給与】

月給233,500円~283,000円

(26歳~35歳モデル賃金)

賞与:年2回(5か月)+年度末一時金(業績による)

昇給:定期昇給あり(毎年4月)

※給与幅は経験・能力により異なる

【勤務地】

姫路事務所(兵庫県姫路市飾磨区恵美酒293-5)

【交通アクセス】

山陽電鉄「亀山」駅より徒歩8分

山陽電鉄「飾磨」駅より徒歩13分

【勤務時間・曜日】

月曜~金曜日:8:30~16:30

土曜または日曜:8:30~15:00【月2~3回程度】

※研修中は、早い時間で6:30出勤があります。

宿泊を伴うこともございます。

【資格・経験】

営業(渉外)経験

基本的なPC操作可能な方

【休日・休暇】

年間108日/94日+各種休暇(下記(2)ご参照ください。)

(1)年次有給休暇(入職初年度10日、最高20日)

(2)個別取得休暇(夏期休暇・冬期休暇・誕生日休暇・フレキシブル休暇等 年間14日)

【待遇】
