RESPONSIBILITIES

Head of Operation
  • Be compliant with applicable laws to handle pharmaceutical products
  • Supervise the activities related to receiving / shipping / storage and inventory.
  • Responsible for warehouse management .
  • Responsible for safety management
  • Responsible for cretation of documents and recording
  • Responsible for self-inspections.
  • Responsible for facility inspections.
  • Responsible for returned products.
  • Responsible for changes, deviations and CAPAs related to the department including risk asessment.
  • Responsible for audits by authority and customers.
  • Training staffs belonging to the department.
  • Provide necessary information for monthly and PPQR.
  • Be a key contact for the external warehouses and the Customer Service Team.
  • Prepare audits as a part of the GMP-team.
  • Other related activities
  • Utilize documentation system such as MasterControl
    • Regulatory Affiars
  • Application for and up-dates of export licenses
  • Contact person for audits and inspections by authorities or customers
  • Arrangement and support of Japanese supplier audits
  • Support of the RA responsible persons at the manufacturing sites regarding Japanese legal requirements
  • Support of the QA and IM responsible persons at the manufacturing sites regarding Japanese supplier's information required for registrations to other countries.
  • Support of customers for regulatory requests related to worldwide marketing authorizations of our customer

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above level
  • At least 1 year of experience to manage GMP/quality related activities and/or customer service activities like importation, inventory management, deliveries, etc. preferred .
  • Willingness to understand PMD act. and GMP-guidelines and to continuously keep track and learn the current information and legal requirements
  • Ability to understand and comply with all relevant SOPs,diligently following instructions from Quality department and Head of GMP-system
  • Ability to handle criticism and deal with conflict
  • Team orientation and cooperation with the other members throughout the company
  • Result orientation – driven by goals, take initiative, thinking logical
  • Customer orientation

  • Willingness to pursue improvements and to adapt to changes
  • English skill (min. TOEIC 600, preferably TOEIC 800 )
  • PC basic skill (Microsoft office)
