【仕事内容】

審査業務(80%) ユーザーからのサービス申し込みを受け、情報に虚偽がないかをシステムでチェック・審査 ※ユーザーは個人事業主やフリーランスの方々です ユーザーからの問合せ対応(15%) オンラインより審査状況の問合せ対応(メール・チャットのみ。電話なし) ※マニュアルあり、社員のヘルプあり その他(5%) 電話取次、庶務 ※着任までのスケジュール ・最初3ヶ月は研修(平日のみ、10~19時、出社にて) ・その後シフト勤務、在宅が多めです(希望を半月ごとに提出して調整していただきます) ※使用ソフト:Slack、スプレッドシート、専用システム
