Job Description
【業務内容】
⾃動⾞制御装置・コックピットの制御を⽀えるソフトウェア開発を⾏う 仕事です。エンジニアとしてご⾃身が開発に直接的に関わるだけでなく、ヨーロッ パにいるメンバー(海外のDXCや傘下のLuxoftのメンバー)とやり取りをしながらお客様の要望を実現するような ポジションです。
【採用背景】 ⾃動⾞業界においても技術⾰新の進歩は目覚ましく、ものづくりとし ての⾃動⾞の⽴ち位置は⼤きく変化しました。特に、⾃動⾞におけ るコンピュータ制御の重要性は非常に⼤きくなっています。⾃動⾞そ のものを動かすための制御だけでなく、周囲の情報を検知して安全 を確保するための機能や、交通情報をいち早くキャッチする通信面で の制御など、対応すべき範囲は多岐に渡ります。それらの制御を担う 装置を⽀えるソフトウェア開発エンジニアのニーズが非常に高まってい ます。

【必須(MUST)】
・3〜5年程度のシステム開発経験
・英語⼒(お客様の要望をヨーロッパのメンバーと共有して開発に 取り組むことが多いため、業務上英語が必須となります。)
・組み込み開発の実務経験がある(できれば⾃動⾞関連)
・⾃動運転領域のソフトウェア開発に従事した経験
・⾃動⾞のソフトウェア開発に従事した経験
