Job Description:
自動車業界のお客様に対してPLM(製品ライフサイクル管理)の観点から製品開発業務をサポートすることがミッションです。
自動車業界においても技術革新の進歩は目覚ましく、ものづくりとしての自動車の立ち位置は大きく変化しました。
自動車に対する付加価値の多くがコンピュータ制御の下で提供されていることから製品開発における複雑さがより増しています。
それに伴い製品開発段階から信頼できる大量のデジタルデータを即座に共有できる仕組みが必須です。
このような環境下で最善の製品開発をシステムでサポートするためのプロフェッショナルを求めています。
ポイント:
・プライムベンダーとしてお客様と直接やり取りしながらプロジェクトを進めることができます。
・MBD/MBSEといったモデルを活用したエンジニアリング手法を用いて自動車設計開発のDXに取り組むことができます。
・日本で標準となる仕組みを作り、それをグローバルに横展開するといったスケールの大きな仕事にチャレンジできます。
・自動車の設計開発プロセスや生産技術プロセスを間近に感じながらPLM/CADシステムの導入及び運用に携わることができます。
【必須(MUST)】
・PLM/CADの導入・運用経験 (要件定義・変更管理・ソリューション提案、問題課題管理等)
・PLM/CADシステムの設計書、設定書、テスト仕様書等の各種文書作成経験
【歓迎(WANT)】
・英語力(グローバルとのディスカッション、現地へ出張して導入の指揮を執るようなケースもあります)
・新規要件に応じたスクリプト開発・テスト・運用経験
・プログラミング言語経験(SQL、Korn Shell、PowerShell、 C、Java )
・OS(Linux / Windows)やDB(Oracle Database)に関する知見やスキル
