職務内容 (Responsibilities)
1.ライブ収益の成長戦略策定と実施o会社戦略に基づくTikTokライブコマースと関連事業の収益最大化、ライブコマース配信室の構築と最適化メンテナンスoライバーのパフォーマンス評価と配信リズム改善のためのトレーニング実施2.TikTok運用プロセスの管理oライブ脚本作成・商品訴求点の設計oブランドチームとの連携による割引設定・特典(セール/景品)の調整3.月次収益戦略の実行o年間予算・目標に基づく月間運営計画の策定oキャンペーン設計によるライバー別売上効率化
応募資格 (Qualifications)
必須条件:優れた文章構成力と企画実行力(マルチプロジェクト対応)Excelを用いた実務データ分析スキル(関数/ピボットテーブル)歓迎条件:英語、中国語能力(グローバルチーム連携のため)未経験者も歓迎(成長意欲のある人材を評価)過去ライブ配信、ECコンテンツ作成経験のある方人物像:自律性とチーム協調性の両立(「できる」姿勢での課題解決)細部への注意力と変革対応力(キャンペーンに応じた柔軟な勤務体制対応可)
