Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute live streaming activities, formulate operation strategies, and manage the entire live streaming process;
- Manage and coordinate live streaming hosts, assist hosts in content optimization, and improve audience engagement and retention;
- Track live streaming data, analyze viewer behavior and preferences, and provide data-driven suggestions for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product, marketing, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of live streaming activities;
- Optimize live streaming content and interaction formats based on market trends and user feedback.
Job Requirements:
1. s degree or above preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in live streaming operations or content management;
- Strong understanding of the live streaming ecosystem, with experience in host management and data analysis;
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for exploring new content formats and interactive methods;
- Familiar with the market trends and user preferences in the target region, proficiency in Japanese.
