【具体的な業務内容】
あなたの適性や希望を最大限考慮し、以下の業務をお任せします。
サービスフロント(サービスアドバイザー)
お客様と整備士をつなぐ、当社の「顔」となる重要なポジションです。お客様対応、電話応対
- 車検や点検のご案内、入庫促進
- ご要望のヒアリング、見積もり作成
- 整備内容の分かりやすい説明
納車時の対応、アフターフォロー
自動車整備士(テクニカルスタッフ)
専門店の名に恥じない、精度の高い技術力が身につきます。車検整備、法定点検
- 一般整備、故障診断、修理
- オリジナルパーツの組み付け、カスタム
レストア(復元作業)
営業(セールスコンサルタント)
お客様の理想のカーライフ実現をサポートします。中古車の販売、買取
- 自動車保険の提案
- ご購入後の顧客フォロー
応募資格・条件
「募集職種の経験有無」
未経験OK
「応募資格」
【必須条件】
- 自動車業界での何らかの実務経験をお持ちの方(自動車整備士、サービスフロント、営業など)
- 普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(MT尚可)
- 基本的なPCスキル(入力ができればOK)
【歓迎条件】
- 自動車整備士資格(1級・2級)をお持ちの方
- 自動車検査員資格をお持ちの方
- 輸入車(特にボルボ、アウディ、VW)の取り扱い経験
- リーダーやマネジメントとして、後輩を指導・育成した経験
- お客様との対話を大切にし、状況を丁寧にヒアリングできる方
- チームワークを尊重し、仲間と協力して目標達成を目指せる方
- 当社の理念に共感し、会社と共に成長したいという意欲のある方
