シニアクライアントパートナは、広告主や代理店パートナーとの提携関係をゼロから構築し発展させ、 Pinterest の利用を通じて広告主のビジネス課題を解決し、素晴らしい成果を上げられるようサポートします。広告主の主な取り組みには惜しまず協力して成功までの道筋を示すほか、特に重要な広告主の主要な問い合わせ先としての役割も担います。

仕事内容:

  • 広告主や代理店パートナーに多角的な価値を提供または維持・拡大できるように努め、その結果として Pinterest の収益向上を目指す
  • メジャメントやインサイト、製品マーケティング、クリエイティブ戦略など社内複数チーム間で協力し、広告主のビジネスで継続的に成果を上げるために必要なソリューションを社内で提唱する
  • 広告主のビジネスゴールを的確に把握し、説得力のあるストーリーとアクショナブルなインサイトに落とし込み、パートナーの成功をサポートする
  • 主な定量的指標とビジネストレンドを追跡および分析し、社内および広告主に伝える
  • Pinterest を活用すべき理由について広告主に積極的に説明し、包括的なメディアミックスにおける Pinterest プラットフォームの活用方法について広告主の視点に影響を与える

応募資格:

  • マーケティング/広告/デジタルの分野で 5年以上の職務経験(検索、データ、測定に関する洞察力を含む)がある
  • 業界内に人脈を持ち、クライアント企業内で役員レベルのビジネスまたはマーケティングのリーダーと働した経験がある
  • 収益目標を達成してきた確かな実績がある
  • 役員、オペレーション、クリエイティブ、メディア、分析チームなど、さまざまなレベルでクライアントの価値を解釈できる
  • チームワークを重視し、運用の厳格さ、デジタルに関する洞察、卓越したビジネスの能力を高い水準で発揮しながら、変化のスピードが速い環境で確実に成果を上げられる

ENGLISH:

As a Senior Client Partner, you'll develop and grow relationships with client & agency partners, helping them utilize Pinterest to solve business challenges, and drive meaningful results. You'll collaborate on major initiatives and see them through to success, while being the primary contact for our partners at the highest level.

Pinterest is growing its team in Japan to work closely with businesses, including brands and retailers, to effectively reach and engage with audiences on the platform. It's an exciting time to join us. We are currently looking for Client Partners, to join our enterprise sales team. 

Note: interviews for this role will be conducted in Japanese and English. Please submit an English language CV.

What you'll do:

  • Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our partners, ultimately growing Pinterest revenue as a result
  • Advocate internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes for these advertisers, working across internal teams such as Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc. 
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners' business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners
  • Specifically own the "why" Pinterest conversation with advertisers to influence the way they think about the platform's role in their overarching media mix

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across search, data and measurement
  • Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese

Relocation Statement:

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. 

In-Office Requirement Statement:

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Tokyo City based office.
