Position Description
- You'll join our Advertiser Solutions team (AdSols), responsible for supporting Agency & Brand relationships within the PubMatic platform.
- You'll support customers with campaign optimisation, reporting, program implementation and general account management.
- You'll collaborate with internal and external teams to help clients exceed their KPIs and maximise ROI.
- You'll provide strategic recommendations to existing clients to help upsell & drive incremental revenue growth.
- You'll be trusted 1st point of contact for troubleshooting, escalating when necessary.
- You'll own the monthly reporting to finance for SPO tracking purposes, as well as the client-facing tracking reports.

Responsibilities:
- You have experience in either Programmatic Trading, Account Management, Client Services, Sales or Business Development roles in the AdTech industry.
- Relevant experience includes, publishers, ad network/sales house, SSPs, ad exchanges, DSPs and ad agencies
- You have a very good understanding of the programmatic eco-system, including programmatic buying and selling, pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive business and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in written and oral English and German native.
