◆◇◆店舗空間のプロデュース事業を展開する同社で、商業施設を中心に内装施工管理をお任せします◆◇◆
【具体的には…】
施工面から事前調査、図面チェック、積算、予算、工程、品質/安全面の管理をお任せいたします。
入社後は先輩社員に同行しOJTによる業務研修を経て、3ヶ月程度での独り立ちを想定しています。
工期は数日から1~2ヶ月程度の案件が多く、短期間でも多様な案件をご経験いただくことが可能です

首都圏:都内8割、他県2割 ★直行直帰も可能です

商業施設や飲食、物販、アミューズメント、オフィス等、誰もが知る有名店を中心に幅広い物件を手がけています

【求める人材】
【必須】
■商業施設や店舗などの建築施工管理のご経験が3年以上ある方
■普通自動車免許(AT限定OK)
■1級建築施工管理技士もしくは一級建築士
【給与】
【年収例】700万円~900万円(25歳~50歳:例)
【月収例】467,000円~(25歳~50歳:例)
※上記月収には固定残業代(53時間/月、138,000円~)を含みます
※超過分は全額支給いたします
■昇給:年1回
■賞与:年2回(6月/12月)昨年実績:3.42ヶ月分 ※業績による
