【上場グループでスキルを活かす営業サポート・事務】

法人のお客様からの問合せ対応や、

営業部門のバックオフィス業務をお任せします。

これまでの事務経験を活かし、

即戦力として活躍できる環境です。

<具体的な業務内容>

法人のお客様への問合せ対応

  • お客様からの質問にご回答
  • メール・電話・社内システムを利用
  • 契約内容や料金プランのヒアリング
  • ご希望に応じて機種やプランの変更、端末の追加などをご提案

※提案業務やノルマはありません。

※回答の際はマニュアルやテンプレートを活用OK

営業サポート

  • 営業が提案時に用いるデータの確認
  • 提案資料の作成
  • お客様への提案内容を共有
  • 回線開通のサポート
  • 営業と開通担当の間に入り、日程を調整 など

その他の営業サポート

  • 商品在庫管理と発注業務
  • 販促情報の入力・設定
  • 精算処理 など

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・事務職の実務経験をお持ちの方(目安1年以上)

・中級以上のPCスキルをお持ちの方

  • Excel:VLOOKUP関数、ピボットテーブル等の実務経験がある方
  • Word・PowerPoint:文書作成、既存資料の修正・作成ができる方

・学歴は不問です

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

フレックスタイム制

(標準労働時間 1日7.5時間)

コアタイム:11:00〜15:00

残業時間:月平均10〜20時間程度

効率的に業務を行い、定時付近で退社する社員も多くいます。

月給24万円以上からのスタートを確約します。
