Webアプリ、スマートフォンアプリ、車載GUIアプリ、エンタメ機器搭載アプリなど、多様なデジタルプロダクトのUI/UXデザイン業務をご担当いただきます。

ユーザー視点での課題抽出から、情報設計、UI設計、ビジュアルデザイン、実装に向けたデータ作成・ガイドライン策定まで、プロダクト開発全体に関わっていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・ユーザー課題・ニーズの把握、カスタマージャーニー・ペルソナ設計

・UX観点での要件整理、情報設計(IA)、インタラクション設計

・ワイヤーフレーム・プロトタイプの作成

・デザインコンセプトの策定

・UI設計・ビジュアルデザイン

・デザインガイドラインの作成

・実装に向けたデザインデータの作成、エンジニアとの連携

など

※ご経験やスキルに応じて、担当いただくポジション・役割を調整します。

【プロジェクト例】

・産業機器・電子機器・船舶・レジャー製品・エンタメ機器などのUI/UXデザイン

・ドライビングシミュレータ向けGUIアプリケーションにおけるUI/UXデザイン

・車載インフォテインメントシステム(IVI)や統合コックピットなどのHMI・GUIアプリケーションにおけるUI/UXデザイン

・デジタルインク × AIによる学習支援プロダクト開発におけるUI/UXデザイン

・空中ディスプレイなどの非接触UI開発におけるUI/UXデザイン

※プロジェクト期間は、3ヶ月程度の短期プロジェクトから1年以上にわたる長期プロジェクトまで、さまざまなフェーズに携わる機会があります。

  • 必須スキル・経験

・Webアプリ・スマホアプリなどのUIデザイン経験 2年以上

・画面構成や情報設計(IA)、UI設計などの経験

・Figma、Adobe Photoshop、Adobe Illustratorの使用経験

  • 歓迎するスキル・経験

・UXデザイン経験

・HCD(人間中心設計)やデザイン思考を活用したデザイン経験

・UIデザイナーやエンジニアを含めたチームでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・グラフィックデザイン経験

・日常会話レベルの英語

  • 給料

【年収】400〜900万円※経験/能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇

【賞与】業績に応じて支給(年1回/9月)

【昇給】有り(年1回/9月):1年ごとの目標管理制度の評価に応じて見直し
