【ヘルプデスク】

ファイル転送サービスのサポート業務。

情報セキュリティサービスを

提供する大手グループ企業で、

企業向け有料サービス

「ファイル転送サービス」の

ヘルプデスク業務を担当いただきます。

問い合わせ対応や障害解析、

マニュアル更新など、

サービス運用を支える

重要なポジションです。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 企業担当者からの問い合わせ対応

(メール・電話)

例:通知メールが届かない、

画面操作ができないなど

※1日15~20件程度(メール+電話)

  • 障害解析(ログ解析)

サービス側かシステム環境側かを切り分け、

社内インフラ・開発チームへ

エスカレーション

回答内容をもとに報告書を作成し、

企業担当者へフィードバック

  • 手順書・マニュアルの更新

(サービスバージョンアップ時)

  • 勤務形態

09:00-18:00

月、火、水、木、金

【残業時間(月間)】

月10時間程

【在宅勤務、リモートワーク】

着任1週間ほどは引継ぎ・

業務レクチャーのため出社勤務ですが、

その後は在宅ワーク・出社勤務の

併用になっていく予定です。

即日スタートOK

契約更新期間:3ヶ月に1回

基本給:時給 2500円 〜 2800円

  • 交通費規定内支給(月額10万円まで)
  • 残業代別途支給
  • 結婚祝い金(3万円)
