「M&Aコンサルタント【東京】」のポジションの求人です

・中小企業(年商1~300億円)及び事業部門、事業エリアのM&Aの実行支援及びアドバイザー業務。

・M&A業務における買い手・売り手のマッチング、シナリオ策定、価格査定、実行支援

【具体的には】

一連のM&A業務にトータルで関わったことのある方

・M&Aの全般的なアドバイス

・M&Aの候補先の提供

・企業価値(株式価値)の算定

・相手先のとの交渉・アドバイス・スキームの構築

・デューデリジェンスの支援

・契約書類の作成支援等

【募集背景】

労働力人口の高齢化が進み、中小企業のM&A・事業承継のニーズは高くなっています。

現在展開中のM&Aコンサルティング拡大に伴い、欠員補充ではなく、積極的な人材採用を行います。

■「業種専門コンサルタント × M&A専門アドバイザー」の組み合わせ

・事業承継・M&Aを行う場合にはただ単に対象企業の財務状況や労務状況だけでなく、その会社の業界内におけるポジショニングやその業界の将来性も加味する必要があります。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■下記いずれかのご経験

・金融機関(銀行、証券会社、保険等)での法人営業経験5年以上

※M&Aの業務経験不問です

・中小企業のオーナー経営者との折衝経験

※履歴書には顔写真を添付してご提出ください

【歓迎要件】

・中小企業診断士、MBA、公認会計士、税理士など資格保有者

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 1200 万円

※職務経歴や経験を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

※社歴ではなく、実績によって評価・昇給します。

<年収例>

840万円/35歳・入社5年目:月給37万1900円+賞与

970万円/37歳・入社4年目:月給39万800円+賞与

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
