[About the team]

We are seeking a temporary administrator to provide administrative support to the Japan sales team across various tasks within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters, shipment coordination, entertainment arrangements, reception duties, event support, and executive meeting arrangements.

  • NDA management:

Assist in the management and administration of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) as required.

  • Shipment Coordination:

Coordinate the shipment of EVK and IC samples, including supporting the In-Circuit Programming (ICP) process by managing confirmation sheets and parameter sheets.

  • Entertainment Arrangements:

Organize and manage entertainment-related tasks such as arranging flowers, letter drafting, taxi ticket coordination, restaurant reservations, gift procurement, and budget monitoring.

  • Reception Duties:

Handle sales inquiries, provide customer support, and offer internal support as needed.

  • Event Support:

Assist in internal and external events, ensuring smooth coordination and support.

  • Executive Meeting Arrangements:

Support the arrangement and coordination of executive meetings as required.

Requirement

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with the ability to multitask.
  • Native Japanese and Intermediate English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

[Contract Duration]

  • This is a temporary position expected to last 1 year
  • 10 hours per week
