Facility Coordinator (Concierge)
Reporting to
Facility Manager
Overall Role
Ensuring the smooth, efficient, and positive operation of the office or physical work environment by providing administrative and operational services and creating a supportive and productive atmosphere for employees and visitors.
[Main Job Responsibilities]
Handling and responding inquiries and requests on the office services from users
Creating and updating of operation materials
Issuing and collecting loaner building access badges
Issuing QR codes for visitor access
Managing and assigning lockers and temporary storage
[Other Duties]
Guidance and overall space monitoring on special floors
Operational support during events
Candidate Specification
Knowledge And Skills Required
Basic MS/ Google Workplace is preferred
Native level of Japanese and conversational level of English
At least 3 years or more experience in Soft services or customer service industry
Competency
Customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help meet our client's needs
