運営/管理業務全般

  • 主にPC入力、電話応対

学校や行政機関、関連団体との調整

現場スタッフの採用や育成

企業との調整

現場ヘルプ

現場スタッフが子ども対応に

集中できるようバックオフィスから

事務業務で支えられます

9:30~18:30(実働8時間/休憩60分)

給与

年給330万円~

  • 基本月給

年給の1/16を基本月給として

支給します。

  • ボーナス・賞与あり

年給の4/16を2~3回に分けて

賞与として支給します。

  • 年給額

経験やスキルを考慮して設定します。

  • 対象者には以下手当の支給もございます。

住宅手当:5,000円~40,000円/月

家族手当:10,000円~20,000円/扶養家族1人

通勤手当:上限30,000円/月

そのほか、役責手当等。

  • 昇給:年1回あり
