自社が事業の一環として開発、提供する診療予約管理システムにおいて、顧客企業からのお問い合わせ対応のお仕事です。導入しやすいシンプルな仕様で多くのクリニックなどの予約管理を支援しています。専門知識は不要業務はレクチャーがありますのでご安心ください習得後、最大週2日の在宅勤務も可能なため、ワークライフバランス重視の方にもおすすめです。

・問い合わせ対応(お電話/メール/オンライン)
※オンラインではデモストレーション(操作方法)などのご案内をしていただきます(週2回程度)
