【仕事の魅力】
プログラミングやシステム開発経験の経験を活かし、自社システムユーザーからの問い合わせ対応、裏画面の操作などをお願いします。テキストのやりとりがメインで、お客様の画面でエラーが起きた際の対応をお願いします就業後は最大2か月のeラーニング、OJT研修もあり初日からフルリモート*月収は33.6万円しっかり収入を確保したい方にオススメです

フルリモートOK顧客の「困った」を解決するチャットや
メールメインのお問い合わせ対応をお任せ
【業務内容】
・メール、チャットでのシステム問い合わせ対応(1日5~10件程度)
・問い合わせ内容の検証(専用の管理画面操作)
- お客様がどの画面でエラーが起きているのか確認し、専用の管理画面で原因を特定
・開発チームへの報告
