仕事内容
美容に関するオンライン診療を実施しているクリニックにて、
下記業務をお任せいたします
- お客様からのお問い合わせ対応
- フォームに届いた質問に対して、
お電話を中心にご回答いたします
(定期便の配送に関する質問など)
- 再予約依頼のお電話
- 予約時間にオンラインに現れなかったお客様に対し、
お電話で再予約のご依頼をします
医師のスケジュールが専用アプリで管理されているので、
空き枠を確認して予約を取得すればOK
対応はするお問い合わせの内容は、
あくまで受診までの予約の取得方法や
診察後のお支払いや配送についてなど、
システム的な部分に限られます
お薬の効果や成分等に関する質問に
ご回答いただくことはありませんので、
専門的な知識は不要です
よくある質問の回答マニュアルや
トークスクリプトが完備されているため、
安心してスタートできます

- お電話でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方
- PCでのタイピングができる方

10:00~19:00
※休憩60分(実働8時間)
※週5勤務
休日休暇
- 土日祝含むシフト制
※平日のみ勤務のご相談も可能です
- 入社半年後から有休10日付与

基本給:時給 1700円 〜 1800円
【月収例】272000円+残業代(1700円×8時間×20日)
