仕事内容

CO2回収装置や交通システム、アンモニアプラント等の化学プラントといった

"エンジニアリング事業"を経理・財務面から支援し、

事業価値及び経営品質の向上に資する財務情報の提供を行うため、主として以下の業務を

担って頂きます。

・同事業における財務課題の抽出、ソリューションの提案、事業部門の意思決定支援

・決算業務(月次決算、四半期・年次決算)及び税務申告業務

・管理会計(製品原価計算全般、業績管理(予想・分析・改善策の策定)、投資意思決定支援)

・会計士監査対応 、税務調査対応

日本国内だけではなく、世界各国に展開するCO2回収装置や交通システム、

化学プラントの経理業務を担当するため、若い時期からグローバルに活躍する機会があります。

将来的には、キャリア形成のため、希望や適性・能力を踏まえて国内外の事業所や

グループ会社で活躍頂く機会もあります。

当社の経理・財務部門の主な担当業務の一つである経営管理に関する業務の更なる高度化を

図るため、将来の基幹要員としてご活躍頂ける人材を補強するため、募集を行うものです。

働き方

財務部門でキャリアを積み重ねたメンバーの中には海外経験者も多く、

次世代を担う若手に対しOJTを基礎とした手厚い指導・サポートを提供しており、

和やかな雰囲気で、事業部門"GXセグメント"と隣接する形で業務を行っています。

決算期などの繁忙期には一定程度の残業時間が見込まれますが、

繁閑時期はほぼ決まっていることから、業務の見通しやプライベートの予定は

比較的立てやすい職場です。

応募要件

必須要件

・Excel、Word、Powerpointを業務で使用できるPCスキルがあること。

特にExcelによるデータ集計・分析できること。

・TOEIC600点(相当)以上

【人物要件】

・経営・業務上の課題解決に向けて主体的に動ける実行力があること。

・納期を意識してチームで業務遂行することができること。

・地道な作業を前向きに取り組むことができること。

・関係部門・関係者とコミュニケーションを取りながら業務遂行できること。

歓迎要件

・日商簿記2級以上(入社後に習得することでも可)

・経理または製造業における業務経験があることが望ましい。

給与 応相談 昇給:年1回(4月)、賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

勤務時間 8:30~17:30(休憩時間12:00~13:00) ※フルフレックスタイム制、標準労働時間:1日あたり8時間

休日 ・年間休日126日(2024年度実績) ・完全週休2日制(土・日) ・祝日、年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、年次有給休暇(最大22日/年)、結婚休暇、出産休暇等 ・勤務地により休日振替あり
