仕事内容
船舶・海洋事業を経理・財務面から支援し、事業価値及び経営品質の向上に資する財務情報の
提供を行うため、主として以下の業務を担って頂きます。
・同事業における財務課題の抽出、ソリューションの提案、事業部門の意思決定支援
・決算業務(月次決算、四半期・年次決算)及び税務申告業務
・管理会計(製品原価計算全般、業績管理(予想・分析・改善策の策定)、
投資意思決定支援)
・会計士監査対応 、税務調査対応

当社の経理・財務部門の主な担当業務の一つである経営管理に関する業務の更なる高度化を
図るため、将来の基幹要員としてご活躍頂ける人材を補強するため、募集を行うものです。
働き方
財務部門でキャリアを積み重ねたメンバーが多いため手厚い指導、サポートができる職場です。
また、小規模な職場ですのでメンバー同士の意思の疎通も図り易い環境にあります。
決算期などの繁忙期には一定程度の残業時間が見込まれますが、
繁閑時期はほぼ決まっていることから、業務の見通しやプライベートの予定は
比較的立てやすい職場です。

必須要件
・Excel、Word、Powerpointを業務で使用できるPCスキルがあること。
特にExcelによるデータ集計・分析できること。
・TOEIC600点(相当)以上
