Lead AI strategy and product deployment to drive customer success, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing ROI for enterprise clients.

■Main Tasks Include

・Develop high-impact AI strategies and use cases for enterprise clients

・Lead the technical feasibility and deployment of AI solutions

・Design adoption roadmaps to ensure seamless AI integration workflows

・Collaborate with product teams to align local needs with global vision

・Measure and report ROI to demonstrate the value of AI automation

・Act as a trusted advisor for C-suite digital transformation journeys

■Requirements

・Exp in AI, SaaS, or digital transformation consulting

・Ability to align technology with strategic business goals

・Business level English and Japanese for global collaboration

・Proven track record in driving customer success and adoption

・Deep understanding of AI tools

・Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex projects

・Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
