・ディ―ルソーシング:新規投資先の開拓、検討
・財務・コマーシャル・オペレーション・法務部門のデューデリジェンス
・評価モデルとリターンケースの作成・レビュー
・投資先との交渉・契約締結・クロージングの管理
・バイアウト投資・グロース投資
・ポートフォリオ価値向上:投資先企業の価値向上のための継続的サポート
・クロスボーダーM&A
・取締役会への報告資料作成、グローバルへのレポート

◉応募要件◉
【必須要件】
・学士号(財務、ビジネス、経済学、または関連分野)
・流暢な日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力
・プライベートエクイティでのハンズオンでの案件担当経験(7~10年)
・デューデリジェンスのリード・クロージングのご実績
・条件交渉および外部アドバイザーとの連携経験
・ポートフォリオのモニタリングまたは企業価値向上のご経験
・優れた財務モデリングおよびバリュエーションスキル
・優れたコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル
・優れたタイムマネジメントスキル
【歓迎要件】
・MBAまたはCFA資格
・日本/APAC地域での投資または事業経験
・クロスボーダーM&Aの経験および国際的なチームとの連携
・取締役またはオブザーバーの経験
・日本の投資銀行、コンサルタント、エグゼクティブとの強固なネットワーク
・ジュニアチームメンバーの指導経験
・その他のアジア圏内の言語スキル
