<ポジション プロジェクト推進担当>

主な業務内容

楽天モバイル株式会社の様々なIT環境整備を推進するための、プロジェクト管理を担当いただきます。

要望の調査、関係各所へのヒアリング、企画と運営、プロジェクト成功の為に関係者との合意形成など担っていただきます。

具体的には....

①プロジェクト対応(社内IT相談窓口、サーベイ、等)

・企画、スキーム構築、体制構築、リリースまでの実務

・プロジェクトの運営、改善

②データ分析・レポート作成

・BIツールやExcelを活用したデータ分析

・経営陣向けのレポートやプレゼン資料の作成

③部門間調整・コミュニケーション

・関連部門との連携促進やサポート

・社内ITに関する戦略や取組みを現場に落とし込むサポート

④その他

・AIやDX推進

ITガバナンス統括部では、楽天モバイルの戦略目標を達成するため、IT戦略とガバナンスを策定し、全社的な社内ITに関するポリシー、プロセス、システム、および企業を強化する社内IT環境を最適化する事をミッションにしています。

CIO室では、楽天モバイル全体に関わる社内IT環境をリードしています。その為、会社上層部だけではなく現場など組織全体とコミュニケーションを行い、様々な声を吸い上げる事で、「事業戦略への貢献」「業務効率化」「コスト削減」「リスクの最小化」などを実現化しています。

必須要件:

  • 社会人経験3年以上(企画、営業、事務、管理など)
  • ITスキル(Excel、PowerPointのビジネス利用経験)

  • プロジェクトに関わる経験
  • IT業界、電気通信業界での就業経験

  • システム化、自動化の経験

    契約期間:期間の定めなし

    試用期間:あり(3か月)

    ※会社の判断により、試用期間を延長する場合があります。

    ※試用期間中の雇用条件の変更はありません。

【勤務時間】

標準勤務時間帯 9:00~17:30

※楽天グループ朝会実施の日は、就業時間は8:00~16:30となります。

※所定労働時間7.5時間、休憩時間1時間です。

※休日勤務または、所定時間外勤務を指示する場合があります。

※一部、フレックスタイム制を適用しています。

コアタイム:11:00~15:00(朝会実施日は 8:00~12:00)

※一部のポジションでは上記と異なる場合がございますが、詳細は内定通知書にて明示いたします(裁量労働制の適用等)。
