・治験薬注射剤製造オペレーション(材料洗浄滅菌、液調製、充填、凍結乾燥、集積。外観検査と包装は対象外)

・製造指図・記録作成

・注射剤に関連するバリデーション(滅菌、環境、培地充填等の各種バリデーション、製薬用水のサンプリングによる品質評価等)及び関連する文書作成

・その他GMP文書(標準操作手順書等)作成

・注射剤関連設備・機器の維持管理業務

・新注射剤治験棟立ち上げ及び治験薬製造に関連する課題解決

※現時点ではADC注射剤治験薬が主となります。

必要な経験・スキル

【20代】

・医薬品製造の実務経験2年以上(注射剤関連でなくても、チャレンジ精神があれば可)

【30代】

・注射剤製造の実務経験2年以上。又は関連業務(注射剤バリデーション、注射剤に関する検討、各種GMP文書作成等)の経験合計2年以上

・注射剤製造に関する基礎的な知識(無菌操作・衛生管理等)

【20代、30代共通】

・シングルユースの使用経験

・アイソレーターの使用経験

・GMPシステム対応の経験(変更管理、逸脱管理、CAPA等)

・注射剤のGMP、ガイドラインなどの規制関連知識
